A. Account Information

When you create and use an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Generated documents associated with your account

B. User-Uploaded Text for Document Generation

You may paste or upload text to generate documents. User-uploaded text is not stored by us after it is used to generate your output.

C. Subscription and Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full billing details (such as full card numbers). We maintain limited subscription status information so we can determine:

• Whether your subscription is active (e.g., active/inactive status)

D. Authentication Information (Google Sign-In)

We use Google Authentication for login. This typically provides us with basic profile details (such as name and email) associated with your Google account.

E. Usage and Technical Data

We collect technical and usage information to operate and improve the Service, such as:

• IP address and basic device/browser information
• Service usage events (e.g., pages/features used)
• Diagnostic and security logs

F. Sensitive Information

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., health data, biometric data, government IDs).

• Provide and operate the Service (including generating and saving your generated documents)

A. Service providers (processors)

We use vendors to run the Service:

• Stripe (payments/subscription processing)
• Google Authentication (login)

We share information with these providers only to operate, secure, improve, and market the Service.

We retain account data (including generated documents) as follows:

• Paid subscription accounts: retained while your subscription is active
• Free tier accounts: retained for 6 months after the account becomes inactive (for example, after a subscription ends or if you are not on a paid plan)

We may retain limited logs longer if necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

9) Deleting Your Data

You can delete your data from inside the Service:

1. Log in to Business Plan Studio
2. Go to Settings
3. Click Delete your data

10) Your Rights & Choices

A. Account access and deletion

You can access and manage your account through the Service and delete your data as described above.

B. Marketing emails

We do not send marketing emails, so there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

C. Do Not Sell or Share (where applicable)

We do not sell personal information. Because we may use ad pixels/remarketing, some jurisdictions may treat this as "sharing" for targeted advertising. If you would like to request that we stop sharing your information for targeted advertising, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share". (Note: if you block third-party cookies/pixels in your browser, that may also reduce this sharing.)

11) Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. In addition, each user's data is stored in a separate database associated with that user's account, and access is controlled through Google Sign-In.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information with administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the Service.

12) Children's Privacy

Business Plan Studio is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

13) Changes to This Policy

If we update this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated version on this page and notify you by email for material changes.
