The Service is operated by Trivial Technologies LLC doing business as Business Plan Studio ("Business Plan Studio," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

The Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

3. Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account Required

An account is required to access the Service.

3.2 Google Login Only

You authenticate via Google login. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account secure.

3.3 Account Security

4. The Service

Business Plan Studio is an automated business plan and legal documentation generation platform that generates content based on text you submit.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include, without limitation:

• Illegal content or illegal use of the Service
• Scraping or automated access (including bots, crawlers, or automated data extraction)
• Abuse, harassment, or harmful conduct
• Hacking, probing, or attempting to compromise security or access non-public areas
• Reverse engineering or attempting to derive source code, models, or underlying components (except to the extent expressly permitted by law)
• Infringement of intellectual property or other rights
• Interfering with service availability, including introducing malware, excessive load, or denial-of-service behavior

We may investigate violations and take action at our discretion, including suspending or terminating accounts.

6. User Content

6.1 What You Submit

"User Content" includes the text you input or upload to the Service.

6.2 Your Ownership

You own your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6.3 License to Operate the Service

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, and process your User Content only as needed to provide, maintain, and improve the Service and to enforce these Terms.

6.4 Content Removal

We may remove or restrict access to User Content if we believe it violates these Terms or applicable law.

6.5 Data Retention

We store User Content as follows:

• Free tier: we retain your User Content for up to 6 months, after which we may delete it.
• Paid subscribers: we retain your User Content indefinitely while your subscription remains active, unless you delete your data. If you cancel your subscription, we may delete your User Content after cancellation (including within a reasonable period) unless required to retain it for legal, security, or operational purposes.

7. Subscriptions, Billing, and Taxes

7.1 Subscription Price

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription for $29/month.

7.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's terms and authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

7.3 Taxes

Where applicable, taxes are handled by the payment processor.

7.4 No Refunds

Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable, including if your account is suspended or terminated for violating these Terms.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, at our discretion, including if we believe you violated these Terms. We may do so without refunds where permitted by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not affect any fees owed and does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, Site, software, design, trademarks, and all related materials (excluding User Content) are owned by Trivial Technologies LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party services such as:

• Google (authentication)
• Stripe (payments)
• Google Analytics (analytics)

Your use of third-party services may be governed by their separate terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Privacy

We use tools such as Google Analytics to understand usage and improve the Service. Any personal information we collect is handled in accordance with our privacy practices.

12. Disclaimers

12.1 AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. Please review all materials carefully before using them for any official, legal, or business purpose. You are solely responsible for how you use the outputs.

12.2 No Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the one (1) month preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trivial Technologies LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
